Flexible hosting options: You choose between EU-hosted (data protection-compliant and GDPR-secure) and US-hosted.

Input field
The input field allows you to enter your requests or tasks directly and interact with the AI. It serves as a central interface to use various functions:
Ask questions: Enter specific questions to get answers based on your internal documents or the web. To do this, activate the search in the internal knowledge and/or on the web via the icons in the chat input field.
Example prompt: "What are the arguments in favor of our product compared to the competition?"
Automate tasks: By entering commands or prompts, you can complete and automate tasks more efficiently.
Example prompt: "Automatically create a landing page structure for our new campaign including H1, CTA and bullet points."
Real-time research: Retrieve up-to-date information from the internet by entering relevant search queries and activating the web search on the right-hand side of the input field.
Example prompt: "Which three trends are currently dominating B2B content marketing in the software industry?"
Edit content: With the "GPT-4o-canvas" AI model, you can develop and refine your texts directly in the chat. The canvas mode helps you to structure and revise content and develop it step by step into a finished text - all in one view.

Image generation: Visualize ideas - directly in the chat
You can generate images directly in nuwacom - whether to implement ideas or to refine your content, for example for presentations, newsletters or social media posts. The integrated image function makes it possible to create suitable visualizations directly in the chat interface using a simple prompt.

Expand your possibilities:
Upload your own images as a reference and edit them with AI - e.g. change the style, replace the background or adjust the image mood. This creates professional visuals in no time at all - without prior knowledge or special software.

Technical note: By default, image generation uses the GPT-Image 1 model (hosted in the US). If you prefer a GDPR-compliant setup, you can switch to DALL·E 3 in the Workspace Settings > Models
Canvas Mode: create, edit and refine content in the chat
With the integrated AI editor, you can create, edit and refine content such as blog articles, press releases or campaign messages directly in the chat - all in one view, tailored to your brand voice. This makes creative work with AI seamless and intuitive.
In this view you can:
Develop ideas in the chat on the left or have existing texts rewritten Edit content directly inline in the editor on the right
Request further information or suggestions via chat
Copy the final text, download it as a .docx file or save it directly in nuwacom
To use the canvas mode, either select the AI model "GPT-4o-canvas" or click on the "Edit Content" icon in a chat response to open the output directly in the editor.
Define knowledge sources
Determine the basis on which the AI should respond:
Internal knowledge (only your company data)
Example: "Which headline do we use in the summer campaign?" - the AI only searches in your brand style guide and previous campaign documents.
Web (public internet only)
Example: "Which TikTok hashtags are currently booming in the beauty industry?" - the AI scans current rankings and trend reports on the Internet.
Internal knowledge & web (both combined)
Example: "Compare our new product line with the three main competitors and suggest a strong positioning message." - the AI uses sales data from your CRM and fresh market analyses from the Internet.
Note: This setting can be selected individually for each chat.
Attach files and images
Provide the AI with specific contextual information by adding relevant documents:
Drag and drop a file into the chat (PDF, Word, Excel)
Example: Drag your product brochure into the chat - the AI can then transfer the benefits cleanly into a press release.
Upload presentations, guides or FAQs
Example: Upload the PPT of your latest campaign analysis so that the AI can use it to write a report for management.
Add documents from the knowledge database
Example: Upload the style guide so that the AI writes texts exactly in the brand tone.

Prompts are direct inputs for spontaneous or individual adjustments. They are suitable for quick tasks that do not require a fixed structure, such as translations or summaries. Select a prompt from the library to obtain precise results immediately.
Tasks are guided forms that enable structured and repeatable processes. They are particularly suitable when specific information needs to be requested - such as the topic or target group for a social media post.
Agents are dialog-based companions that guide and advise you step by step through complex processes. They answer questions interactively, adapt the process dynamically and can summarize or optimize your answers in a structured way at the end - depending on their configuration.

Voices-Feature for consistent communication
With Voices, you can adapt AI-generated content to the desired tone of voice. You can use existing content as a template or describe the desired style manually - for example, factual, promotional or relaxed. Once created, Voices can be saved and reused flexibly. This ensures consistent communication - regardless of whether you are working on a social media post, writing internal updates or technical documentation.
