The Voices module allows you to analyze and save specific styles and apply them when creating new content. The function is particularly valuable for ensuring consistent and on-brand communication. By using individual language styles when creating texts, you can precisely control the tone of your content and thus achieve the desired effect.

Step-by-Step: Adding Voices
1. Open the Voices module
Navigate to the Voices module and click "Add a New Voice" button.
Note: A newly created Voice is available to all users within a workspace by default.
2. Add a new Voice
You have two options to add a Voice:
🔍 Identify Your Voice (Recommended)
Let the AI automatically analyze and define your writing style based on your content.
You can choose from three options:
Upload a document:
Upload a sample document that reflects your desired voice.
Example: A press release from your company.Provide a URL:
Enter a website URL with content written in the desired voice.
Example: Your company’s website.Define content manually:
Paste a section of text that exemplifies the voice you want.
Example: An email with your typical writing style.
Review summary of the identified voice. Changes can be made to the input field. If necessary, the voice can be reanalyzed by adapting your input in the form of documents, URLs or content. If you are satisfied with the result of the summary, click on "Next step" to continue.
✍️ Enter Your Voice Manually
Describe your voice by specifying characteristics such as formal or informal, emotional or neutral, subjective or objective, and consistent or flexible.
Then click the "Identify Voice" button. The AI will process your input and create a detailed voice summary.
3. Save and add Voice
Enter a suitable name for the voice and add a short description of when this language style should be used (e.g. internal communication, social media, press releases).
Click on the Add Voice button to complete the process.

Make sure that the uploaded documents or specified URLs clearly represent the desired Voice to ensure precise identification.
Regularly review the saved Voice and adjust them as necessary to reflect changes in the communication strategy.
