Updated over a month ago

The AI Library provides you with an efficient way to manage your workflows by centrally offering AI features such as prompts, tasks, and assistants. By using these AI features strategically, you can complete your tasks effectively and save time. In addition to nuwacom features, you can also create your own prompts, tasks, and assistants to tailor them to your specific needs. This way, you maintain full control over your workflows and can use AI exactly the way that suits you best.

AI Tools in the Library

Prompts

Prompts are direct inputs for spontaneous or individual adjustments. They are ideal for quick tasks that do not require a fixed structure, such as translations or summaries. Simply select a prompt from the library to get precise results immediately.

Example:

You can easily select the prompt “Summarize the text” and the AI will instantly generate a concise version of the content.

Tasks

Tasks are guided forms that enable structured and repeatable workflows. They are especially useful when specific information needs to be gathered, such as the topic or target audience for a social media post.

Define Variables for Precise Results:
This feature is particularly valuable when creating custom tasks that require specific information to generate precise outcomes. Variables can be easily inserted via buttons or by using curly brackets { }.

Example:
This form is a custom task for an internal newsletter. The input field "Topic" was created using variables and appears as a fillable field in the form.

💡 Note: Many tasks can be executed either as a structured task or as a flexible prompt – depending on your preferred working style.

Assistants

Assistants are dialogue-based companions that guide you step by step through complex processes and offer advice. They answer questions interactively, dynamically adapt the flow, and can either structure your responses at the end or optimize them as needed.

Example:
A content planning assistant can help develop a social media strategy by specifically asking about goals, target audiences, and preferred platforms, then making appropriate suggestions.
