AI Library

The AI Library provides you with an efficient way to manage your workflows by centrally offering AI features such as prompts, tasks, and assistants. By using these AI features strategically, you can complete your tasks effectively and save time.

Tasks are guided forms that enable structured and repeatable workflows. They are especially useful when specific information needs to be gathered, such as the topic or target audience for a social media post.

👉 Clear benefits: Select tasks directly from the AI library or in chat and execute them immediately.

👉 Flexibly customizable: Adjust language style, language and other parameters to perfectly match the results to your needs.

👉 Simple and intuitive: The user-friendly view enables quick and efficient use, even without in-depth prior knowledge.

Nuwacom offers both standard and custom tasks:

  • Standard Tasks are predefined instructions designed by our team to automate common tasks efficiently and ensure consistent use of the platform.

  • Custom Tasks allow you to address specific requirements and individual use cases by creating tailored instructions.

How to create a Task

Navigate to the AI Library: Open the task area. Click on Create task.

Describe the Task: Provide a clear title and description that explains the task’s purpose. Choose a relevant category or create a new one to ensure better organization and future discoverability within the Task Library.

Enter your instructions manually: You have two options to input instructions: manual entry or automated generation (next step). For manual entry, define your expectations, assign a role to the AI, and describe the specific action. More details can be found here: 👉 How to Write the Perfect Prompt.

Let the AI generate instructions: By clicking the “Generate” button, you can have the AI automatically create detailed instructions. Simply provide a short description. This method is especially useful for users who want to save time or are unsure how to phrase a task. The AI will create systematic and precise instructions to enhance the quality and efficiency of interactions.

Define variables for precise results: This feature is particularly valuable when creating tasks that require specific input to achieve accurate results. Once variables are defined, they appear as input fields in the task form, which users will fill out upon selecting the task. This ensures that all relevant details are provided for precise outcomes.

Variable Example: Define variables by using curly braces {Variable} in text input or clicking the “Variable” button.

Form Example: The following form is displayed when selecting the task “Internal Newsletter.” The input field “Topic” was defined using a variable:

Choose where the task will appear: Select the workspace area where the task should primarily appear: Editor, Chat, or Create.

Save Task: Once everything is filled out to your satisfaction, click the “Save” button.

💡 Note: Tasks you create are private by default and only available to you. Once completed, you can share them with your team. To do this, simply click on the three-dot icon and select “Make available for everyone.”

Favorite Tasks: You can also add a task to your favorites by clicking the star icon, allowing you to quickly access it in the AI Library.

💡 Tips

  • Refine AI responses by adding parameters such as language, tone, or specific input fields. This increases the relevance of the results.

  • Provide feedback to the AI about the generated results. This not only helps improve the AI, but also allows you to further optimize your instructions.

  • Offer the AI examples of the type of response you expect. This helps the model better understand your requirements.
