In this version, we have introduced new features and made improvements to enhance the user experience.

New functions

  • New in support: Help center and ticket system


    You will now find a help center in German and English that provides answers to many questions. In addition, the latest release notes are regularly published here to keep you informed about new features and updates.

    You can now easily send us your requests via our ticket system. You can choose from the following options:

    • Bug report: Report any technical errors that you discover when using our software.

    • Feature request: Let us know your ideas or requests for new functions.

    • Other: For all other requests and concerns.

  • Help Center: The new Help Center is now linked to nuwacom.

  • Management of knowledge base folders: You can now create and manage folders in the public area of the files. The main functions include:

    • Creating folders

    • Renaming folders

    • Deleting folders

    • Moving content to folders (by drag-and-drop or via a modal)

  • New web search: With this update, the speed and performance of the web search have been significantly improved. Loading times are now shorter and the adjustment of the ranking ensures that search results are more relevant. The changes enable a more efficient and targeted search experience.

Bug fixes

  • Assistant source display: Fixed an issue where assistant displayed sources even if the knowledge base was not enabled.

  • Pagination in the knowledge base asset picker: The incorrect pagination in the knowledge base asset picker has been fixed.

  • More fixes: Numerous other background bug fixes have been made to improve overall stability and performance.
